They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Well then, what would hundreds of pictures be worth? That is the question Al Bjornaa attempted to answer when he created his “Wall of Street Art”.
Hundreds of artists’ submissions from around the globe make up his masterpiece of art. The Voyageurs’ Lodge and Cookhouse is proud to announce that the famous Graffiti Art Wall of Al Bjornaa will be on display during this year’s Canada 150 Art On The Bay, Sat. Aug. 19th. Nearly 200 artists from 20 different countries have their work on display on this mobile wall. Some of the world’s most renowned street artists have their work represented on this wall.
We are going to place the wall as the backdrop inside the bandshell stage where singer/songwriter, Mark Dunn, will be playing during the afternoon portion of the art festival. Al is collecting donations for the St. Vincent de Paul charity, so please enjoy his 40 foot wall of art and be generous.
The Voyageurs’ Lodge is so proud of Al and his accomplishments as a music producer and art promoter with extraordinary vision and true insight. Congratulations Al. It is a beautiful “work of artists”.
Watch for more promotion of our Canada 150 – Art on The Bay Festival, Saturday Aug. 19th.
